This is an excellent article on a socially significant topic. However even here, the term “disabled people”or “disabled person” is used and it always jars me. I have had disabilities since birth and these circumstances have shaped my life choices in many ways. But, they have also prompted me to me become a very able person, gifted in art and life! Does anybody else have a take on this? I would love to hear what you think!
